向家坝水电站碾压混凝土关键施工技术探索 被引量:2

摘要 向家坝水电站地质条件异常复杂,坝基处理施工难度极大。为不影响工程总体进度,根据现场情况及有关研究成果,对碾压混凝土高升层快速施工技术,即冷却水管铺设定位与集中上引技术、个性化通水技术、垂直冷却水管通水技术、层间间歇技术、机伴变态混凝土技术、人工砂石粉含量控制技术等,在实践中进行了有益地探索。这些技术的成功应用,为碾压混凝土筑坝技术的发展积累了宝贵实践经验,可为同类工程参考。 Xiangjiaba Hydropower Station is confronted with complicated geological conditions, so the dam foundation treat- ment construction is difficult. To avoid influence on construction schedule, by consideration of the practical conditions and the relative research achievement, we have carried out some beneficial explorations on the fast rise and quick construction of roller compacted concrete, including positioning and concentrated raise of cooling pipes, personalized water cooling, water cooling of vertical pipelines, inter- layer intermittent, abnormal concrete mixing by machine, content control of artificial sand and stone powder, etc.. The successful applications of these innovative technologies have accumulated practical experiences for dam con- struction by roller compacted concrete.
