摘要
太平灰岩料场是向家坝水电站主体工程混凝土骨料料源,距向家坝水电站坝址直线距离约31 km。经综合技术经济分析比较,决定采用带式输送机及输送线作为主体工程料源输送的方案。侧重介绍了输送机设计、安装调试、主要技术创新点。运行效果表明,长距离带式输送机运输方案能充分保证向家坝水电站各个时期对砂石骨料的需求,且各项技术经济指标均突破了水电行业的业内水平,经济社会效益显著,可在国内外类似工程中推广应用。
Taiping limestone material yard , 30 km away from the dam site of Xiangjiaba Hydropower Station , is the concrete aggregate sources of the major project .Through the comprehensive economic and technological comparison and analysis , the belt conveyor and conveying line are selected as the transportation scheme for the material of the main project .The design , installation and main innovations etc .are introduced .The practical operation shows that the belt conveyor met the material demand in differ -ent periods .The economic and technical indexes broke through the present level in the hydropower industry and the social and e -conomic benefits are obvious .The accumulated experiences can be referred by the similar projects .
