摘要
针对某型磁力搅拌装置圆筒型永磁传动器最大传递转矩确定前提条件下,利用Ansys有限元软件建立永磁传动器磁转矩二维模型,并进行了数值模拟计算和仿真分析。研究了永磁传动器关键参数如磁极对数、永磁体厚度、气隙厚度及轭铁厚度对传递磁转矩的影响,通过仿真结果对关键参数进行优化设计,求取其最优结构,并通过试验进一步验证了上述设计理论与方法的准确性和实用性。
For one type of magnetic agitator, under the condition that the maximum torque was determined of the cylindrical magnetic transmission, which simulated on the two-dimensional magnetic torque model by finite element software ANSYS14. 0. And the key parameters were analyzed, such as the number of magnetic poles, the thickness of the permanent magnet and the yoke, the air-gap and so on, which affect the torque transmission. The key parameters could be optimized according to the simulation results, and the optimal structure of the magnetic transmission could be gained, the accuracy and practicability of the above design method were verified further by practical test.
