摘要
针对传统的油、套管头和采油树换装过程,不仅费时费力而且存在安全隐患的问题,研制了钻完井一体式油套管头。设计时将套管头和油管头合为一体,有3个台阶和倒卡瓦,在作业过程中,不需更换井口装置和改变地面设施就可以完成钻井、试油、完井等作业,减少了井口、防喷器组和节流压井管汇重新安装、试压以及起下钻具或油管柱的工序。该油套管头采用API Spec 6A法兰连接,具有体积小、操作方便、密封性能好、悬挂能力强等特点。塔中351井和岳101-95-X1井的现场试验结果表明,应用该油套管头可缩短钻井周期6 d以上,每口井节约钻井费用120万元以上,井控安全风险降低60%以上。
Replacements of conventional tubing, casing heads and Christmas trees may not only take much time and energy, but also involve potential risks. To eliminate these problems, integral tubing and casing head has been developed. According to the design, tubing and casing heads can be combined with 3 stages and a reversed slip. During field applications, drilling, trial production, completion and other operations can be performed without replacing wellheads or modifying surface facilities. In addition, procedures related to re-installation of wellhead, BOPs and the throttle pressure well, together with pressure tests, tripping of drilling tools or pipe strings can be re- duced effectively. Connected by using API Spec 6A flange, these casing and tubing heads are characterized by mini- mum volumes, easiness in operation, superior sealing capacities and high hanging capacities. Field applications in the well TZ-351 and Y- 101 -95 -X1 show the new devices can cut drilling time over 6 d and save up to 1.2 million Yuan in drilling cost of each well. In addition, risks related to well control can be reduced over 60%.
