摘要
目的 观察紫癜圣愈散治疗特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)患者外周血血小板计数及Th17表达的影响。方法 采用单盲法将黑龙江中医药大学附属第一医院2010~2013年收治的60例患者分为治疗组(紫癜圣愈散组)40例和对照组(泼尼松组)20例,应用显微镜观察外周血血小板计数,流式细胞仪测定Th17细胞的比例。结果 治疗组总有效率为80%,对照组总有效率为85%,两者相比无显著性差异(P〉0.05);治疗组能明显提升ITP患者的血小板计数(BPC)(P〈0.01),治疗前后患者外周血Th17有显著差异(P〈0.01)。结论 经紫癜圣愈散治疗后,ITP患者的血小板计数明显升高(P〈0.01),外周血Th17比例明显减低(P〈0.01),但与对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),中医治疗ITP疗效与泼尼松相当,不良反应小(P〈0.01),可作为治疗ITP的有效手段之一。
Objective To observe the Zidian Shengyu Pulvis treatment of patients with chronic idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura influence of peripheral blood platelet count and Th17 expression. Methods Using the single blind method, 60 patients who were treated in First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine from 2010 to 2013, were divided into the treatment group( the group of Zidian Shengyu Pulvis) of 40 patients and the control group( the group of prednisone) of 20 patients, using mi- croscope observation peripheral blood platelet count, and using flow cytometry detected the Thl7 cell proportion. Results Total effec- tive rate of treatment group was 80 percent, and total effective rate of control group was 85 percent, so there was no significant differ- ence compared between the two groups (P 〉 0.05 ) ;The treatment group could improve platelet count( BPC ) significantly of CITP pa- tients (P 〈 0.01 ) ,and peripheral blood Thl7 of patients had significant difference compared between before and after treatment(P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion After treatment with Zidian Shengyu Pulvis, platelet count of CITP patients significantly increase (P 〈 0.01 ), and peripheral blood Thl7 cell proportion significantly reduced(P 〈 0.01 ), but there was no statistically significant difference com- pared with the control group (P 〉 0.05). The curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of CITP approached to prednisone, had less adverse reaction( P 〈 0.01 ), and can be used as one of the effective means of treating CITP.
