摘要
目的了解阜康阿魏生长期根际微生物种群的动态变化。方法取不同生长年限阜康阿魏的根际土壤,测定其所含的细菌、真菌、放线菌数量。结果在阜康阿魏各生长时期,根际土壤微生物中以细菌占主要优势,其次是放线菌,真菌最少;随着阜康阿魏生长年限的增加,三种微生物数量变化基本一致,生长初期根际微生物数量变化不显著,5年生以上根际微生物激增,达到最多,开花期微生物数量开始下降;与对照相比,根际效应显著。结论阜康阿魏根际微生物数量与其生长年限、生长阶段有关联。
Objective To understand the dynamic variation of rhizosphere microorganism communities of Ferulafukanensis K. M. Shen, which was the different growing period. Methods Collected the rhizosphere soils of the different growing years" Ferula fu- kanensis K. M. Shen and investigated the quantity of bacteria, fungi and actinomycetes. Results Bacteria were the dominant community in the rhizosphere microorganism, followed by actinomyeetes, fungi were the least. The change of the quantity of three microorganism were basically consistent with the increased growth years of Ferula fukanensis K. M. Shen. The quantity of rhizo- sphere microorganism had no significant change in initial growth of Ferula fukanensis K. M. Shen, surged in more than 5 years old and reached a maximum, and then declined in flowering stage. There were significant differences between the quantity of rhi- zosphere microorganism and the control group, it showed that rhizosphere effect was significant. Conclusion The quantity of rhi- zosphere microorganism of Ferula fukanensis K. M. Shen was associated with its growth years and growth stage.
