摘要 目的:为了研究心理健康教育教师职业认同感的现状,并在此基础上提出相应对策。方法:以491名心理健康教育教师为对象,采用修订的《心理健康教育教师职业认同感问卷》进行调查。结果:(1)男性的职业价值观高于女性,而男性的职业技能却低于女性。(2)职业认识、职业技能、职业认同总分在年龄上存在显著差异。(3)兼职教师的职业期望高于专职教师。(4)心理健康教育教师的职业意志、职业技能和职业认识处于中等偏上水平。结论:应针对心理健康教育教师的不同特点,提出提升心理健康教育教师职业认同感的策略和建议。 Objective To investigate the current situation about occupation identity of mental health education teachers and put forward corresponding countermeasure. Methods Occupation Identity Questionnaire of Mental Health Education Teacher was applied to the 491 mental health education teachers. Results Male teachers had significantly higher scores of occupation value and lower scores occupation skill than female teachers. Different age teachers had significantly different scores of occupation cognition, occu- pation skill and occupation identity. The part-time teachers had higher scores of occupation expectation than full'time teachers. Mental health education teachers had medium to high level occupation will, occupation skill and occupation cognition. Conclusion Strategy and suggestion to improve occupation identity of mental health education teacher was put forward according to the different characteristics of mental health education teachers.
