摘要 本文针对风电叶片常用的多轴向经编织物的建模方式进行研究,主要通过计算纤维失效进行分析验证。因此本文首先探讨了复合材料的多个纤维失效准则,并对其优缺点作出对比,选取Puck准则进行下一步分析。接着对Puck准则进行了详细描述。最后研究了多轴向经编织物采用多层单轴向经编织物分层建模和通过合理等效简化成一层单轴织物建模,两者建模方式及纤维失效结果的差异,证明两种建模方式均是可行的,采用简化建模更能减少工作量。 Modeling of multi-axial warp-knitted fabric in wind Modeling methods were verified by fiber failure calculation. The Puck criteria was described in detail and chosen for analysis. Two modeling methods-multi-layers with one layer for one direction, and one layer with equivalent simplified properties-were compared, and the final calculation results were the same. Both methods were proved to be acceptable accordingly. Thus, the simplified modeling can reduce the workload.
