摘要问题导向的跨学科研究已成为取得知识创新的重要途径。建立与之相适应的研究评估机制是促进其可持续良性发展的重要环节。然而,跨学科研究评估机制的建立并非易事,面临不同学科观点的整合、评估小组成员的选择以及学科偏见的管理等挑战。在剖析高质量跨学科研究的特征、跨学科研究评估的基本原则以及跨学科研究评估程序的组织这3个跨学科评估基本问题的基础上,分析了现有科研评价制度在跨学科评估中面临的困境,并提出了完善跨学科研究项目评估机制的若干对策。 Problem-driven interdisciplinary research has become an important approach to achieve knowledge innovation. How to establish the suitable evaluation system is the key to the development of interdisciplinary research. However, it is not easy because of the inherent complexity of interdisciplinary research and the traditional discipline thinking. There are challenges during the evaluation of interdisciplinary research, such as the integration of different discipline views, the selection of review group and the management of the bias among different disciplines. This paper analyzes the characteristics of high-level interdisciplinary research, the basic principles and procedure of interdisciplinary research evaluation, indentifies the problems of current research evaluation methods in evaluating in- terdisciplinary research, then tries to present some suggestions for interdisciplinary research project evaluation.
