模拟计算优化SnO_2纳米半导体薄膜的光学性能 被引量:1

摘要 针对化学气相沉积法在玻璃衬底上制备的SnO2薄膜,建立了计算模型,研究了SnO2薄膜的反射光谱性质,计算出相关的光学参数。结果表明:振荡模型结合Drude模型能较好地描述SnO2薄膜光学性能,可通过改变膜层厚度的方法对F掺杂SnO2薄膜光学性能进行模拟优化。
