Extracting Polyphenols from Sanguisorba officinalis Root by Response Surface Methodology

摘要 以吉林地区地榆根为原料,采用响应面法优化超声波辅助提取地榆根多酚的工艺条件.在原料粒度、超声功率、超声时间、液料比、乙醇体积分数单因素试验的基础上,进行Box-Behnken设计,优选出超声波提取地榆根多酚的最佳工艺条件:原料粒度380~250μm、超声功率324.8 W、超声时间19.65 min、液料比[V(液)∶ m(料)]15.75∶1、乙醇体积分数51.5%,多酚提取率为6.546%,与预测值吻合,由此表明此响应面模型对地榆根多酚提取具有良好的预测作用. Using Sanguisorba officinalis root as raw material in Jilin area, the polyphenols of Sanguisorba officinalis root were extracted with optimization of ultrasonic-assisted,and the response surface method was used to optimize the extraction technology parameters based on single factor experiment of raw material granularity, ultrasonic power, ultrasonic time, solvent-to-solid, ethanol concentration, etc, Box-Behnken design was done to study the optimal extraction conditions of polyphenols:the raw material granularity of 380 ~ 250 μm, the ultrasonic power of 324. 8 W,the ultrasonic time of 19. 65 min,the solvent-to-solid of 15. 75 ∶ 1[V(solvent) ∶ m (material)],the volume fraction of ethanol 51. 5%,the extraction rate of polyphenols was 6. 546%. The result was consistent with the simulated predictive value, and this suggests that the response surface model has good predicted effect on the polyphenol extraction from Sanguisorba officinalis root.
