摘要
针对木工圆锯片的形状特征,考虑木工圆锯片的质量,根据瑞利-里兹法建立适合木工圆锯片的形状特征函数,采用极坐标方式推导木工圆锯片的振动方程.依据建立的振动方程可进行木工圆锯片振动模态分析和受力分析,为探索噪声机理、降低木工圆锯机横向振幅、提高锯切精度和出材率以及降低噪声污染提供理论依据.
Based on the shape characteristic and the quality of wood-working circular sawblade, according to Rayleigh-Ritz method,the function of shape characteristic was established to be suitable for wood-working circular sawblade. The method of polar coordinates was applied to deduce the vibration equations of wood-working circular sawblade. The establishment of vibration equations can provide theory basis for vibration model and stress analysis,exploring the noise mechanism, reducing the transverse amplitude of wood-working circular sawblade machine,improving the saw accuracy and the percentage of material and reducing noise pollution.
