基于ABC-VEN分析法的医院药品管理

Hospital Drug Management Based on ABC-VEN Analysis Method

目的:采用ABC-VEN分析法对我院药品进行科学有效的管理,减少医疗资源的浪费,促进合理用药。方法:根据药品占用资金的多少将其分为A、B、C 3类,根据药品的治疗价值将其分为V、E、N 3类。重点分析A类中的N类药品,管控高成本药品中辅助用药的合理购用问题;并对C类中的V类药品即较少使用的急救药品进行分析和管控。结果:我院A-N类药品有14种,约占14%,多数存在超剂量、超适应证应用情况;经过药师干预,不合理用药情况减少。C-V类药品有80种,对该类药品设置合理库存,减少了工作量,降低了缺货率,避免价格低廉、较少使用的重点药物断货,保证了临床供应。结论:应用ABC分析与VEN分析相结合的方法为医院药品管理提供了一定的理论和实践参考,规范了医院药品库存管理,促进了合理用药。

OBJECTIVE： To adopt ABC-VEN analysis method to perform more scientific and effective management on drugs in our hospital, reduce the waste of medical resources and promote the rational drug use in clinical practice. METHODS： The drugs could be classified into A, B, C categories according to the drug sales amount, and also classified into V, E, N categories in accordance with the therapeutic values of the drugs. Analysis focused on the N category drugs among A category, to ensure rea- sonable purchase and use of high-cost adjuvant drugs. V category drugs among C category, which were seldomly used first-aid drugs, were analyzed and controlled. RESULTS： There were 14 N category drugs among A category in our hospital, accounting for 14%, and overdose, super indications application existed in most of them; the situation on irrational drug use was decreased af- ter pharmacist＇s intervention. There were 80 V category drugs among of C category; the set of reasonable drug stock reduced work- load, out of stock rate, avoid the shortage of low-cost and seldomly used important drugs and ensure the clinical drug supply. CON- CLUSIONS： The method combined ABC with VEN analysis provides theoretic and practical reference for hospital drug manage- ment, standardizes the management of drug stock and promotes rational drug use.
