摘要
顶岗实习是现阶段高职院校进行实践教学环节的重要形式,对提高学生的岗位职业能力具有十分重要的作用。文章分析高职园林专业学生顶岗实习所面临的因地域、学校和企业而存在的问题,并针对性地提出改进措施。
As an effective form of personnel training pattern based on work-integrated learning in higher vocational education,the post practice is an important form in college practice teaching presently.This article analyzes the problems for students in post practice of gardening due to the regions,colleges and enterprises,and enterprise,and puts forwards improving measures.
