介绍‘桃源大叶'制作高香红茶的加工工艺技术,并与‘槠叶齐'、‘福鼎大白'进行对比,用‘桃源大叶'制作的高香红茶的品质特征优异.
In the paper,the processing techniques of high aroma black tea were introduced with ＇Taoyuandaye＇ as the material.By contrast with ＇ Zhuyeqi＇ and ＇ Fudingbaihao＇,high aroma black tea ＇ Taoyuandaye＇ had superior quality.
