等离子喷涂TiO_2-CeO_2复合涂层的结构及抗菌性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 利用等离子喷涂技术在医用Ti合金表面制备TiO2-CeO2复合涂层。采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对复合涂层进行表征。研究CeO2含量对复合涂层的接触角、表面粗糙度、耐腐蚀和抗菌性能的影响。结果表明,TiO2-CeO2复合涂层主要由金红石型TiO2和少量的锐钛矿型TiO2组成。CeO2的掺杂使得涂层表面具有微米级粗糙度并保持良好的亲水性,且使涂层的耐腐蚀性能得到提高。CeO2的掺杂可提高复合涂层对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制能力,而对大肠杆菌则没有明显的抑制能力。 The TiO2-CeO2 composite coatings were prepared on titanium alloy by plasma spraying tectmology. The TiO2 -CeO2 composite coatings were characterized by SEM and XRD. The effects of CeO2 content on the contact an- gle, surface roughness, corrosion behavior and antibacterial properties of TiO2-CeO2 composite coatings were investi- gated. The results indicated that the phase composition of the composite coatings consists of rutile and a small amount of anatase. Compared with TiO2 coating, the TiOz-CeO2 composite coatings surfaces become smooth and have larger contact angles. The corrosion resistances are also improved. The antibacterial activity of TiO2-CeO2 composite coat- ings against both E. coli and S. aureus was studied applying the bacterial counting method. CeO2 dopant can improve the antibacterial properties against S. aureus.
