摘要
2013年,对绿春县草果种植区草果病害进行调查及诊断,并对病原菌进行了分离、鉴定以及致病性测定。结果表明,引起植株死亡的现象是由变异梨孢引起的一种侵染性病害。草果叶瘟病为首次报道的新病害,变异梨孢为中国新记录。
In 2013, the disease causing leaf blast on Amomum tsao-ko has been observed in Luchun county of Honghe Prefecture, Yunnan Province.The symptoms and morphological characteristics of the pathogen were identi-fied by inspecting in the field, examining under microscope, and by culturing pathogen tests.The results revealed that this disease was caused by Pyricularia variabilis.It is the first reported leaf blast on Amomum tsao-ko and the pathogen, Pyricularia variabilis Bussaban is a new records in China.
