Promoting preschool ch/ldren＇s development evaluation has become a major international trend ofpreschool education quality evaluation. The Preschool Child Observation Record is a widely used tool in the US for evaluating children＇s development in preschool education projects. This paper, based on an introduction to the evaluation and implementation of the Preschool Child Observation Record, probes into how to use it for refer- ence in China＇ s preschool education quality evaluation. The authors suggest integrating education evaluation into children＇s development, curriculum improvement, and teachers＇ development.
