公平正义是中国特色社会主义的内在要求,反映社会主义的本质特征,代表广大人民群众的需要和利益,要求在社会主义实践中实现"应然"与"实然"的有机统一。全面深化改革以公平正义作为价值导向,通过道德、法律等方式调整现实的社会关系,努力实现经济、政治、文化、社会、生态的协调发展,让发展成果更加公平地、合理地惠及广大人民群众,促进人的全面发展。公平正义要让广大人民群众得其所应得,必须不断地解放生产力、发展生产力,创造出更加丰富的物质文化产品,通过全面深化改革的实践最终实现人民幸福的"中国梦"。

Since the fairness and justice reflect the inherent requirements and essential attributes of socialism, it represents the people＇s needs and interests, and requests to realize the organic unification of ＂to be＂ and ＂ought to be＂ in the practice of the socialism. Guided by the fairness and justice, comprehensive deepening reform regulates the realistic social rela tions by the ways of ethics and law and aims to fulfill the coordinated development of economy, politics, culture, society and ecology so as to give developmental fruits to the masses in a more equitable and reasonable way, to promote the all-round development of people. From the perspective of the practice of comprehensive deepening reform, the aim of fairness and justice is to let the people obtain what they should have, which requires emancipating and improving the productivity unceasingly, and ensuring the realization of ＂Chinese Dream＂ from the aspect of people happiness.
