摘要
论文以馆员职业压力现状的调查及来源分析为依据,从员工援助计划(EAP)视角构建了高校图书馆员压力管理的适宜模式和实施路径,从职业发展计划、素质提升计划和压力认知计划三个模块规划了馆员压力管理中的EAP方案,从社会、组织和馆员个人三个方面提出了相关的保障措施。
Based on the investigation and the source analysis of the occupational stress about librarian, this paper builds a suitable model and the implementation path of the stress management in university library from the perspective of EAP. From three modules of the occupation development plan, the quality enhancement program and the pressure cognitive plan, it plans the EAP scheme in the course of stress management of librarian. Finally, it puts forward the relevant safeguard measures from three aspects of society, organization and individual librarians.
