民间图书馆与乡村少儿阅读推广——兼以“新世纪梦想图书馆”为例

The Private Library and the Rural Children's Reading Promotion: Taking "The Dream Library of the New Century" as an Example

公办少儿图书馆存在着专业馆数量偏少、基层馆发展滞后的问题,再加之社会因素就使得在一些贫困乡村地区,少儿阅读成为"奢侈品"。而社会公益行为与乡村少儿阅读之间的渊源使得民间图书馆几乎是必然的参与阅读推广。因此目前,普通公民、基金会和专业公益人士在以各种形式办馆助馆,开展乡村少儿阅读。其中,新世纪梦想图书馆是较好的观察对象,其办馆经验在管理者、读者群的选择、社会参与治理三个方面值得借鉴。

There are some problems in the public children＇s libraries, such as lower number, backward rural libraries. And social factors make again in some poor rural areas, children＇s reading become a ＂luxury goods＂. Origins between the social public behavior and the village children＇s reading made it almost inevitable that the Private libraries take part in the reading promotion. So at present, ordinary citizens, foundations and professional members of public welfare help in various forms to promote the village children＇s reading. ＂The Dream Library Of The New Century ＂is a good sample among them. Their management experience in the selection of managers, readership, and society participation in governance three aspects are worth learning.
