摘要
目的:分析癌痛镇痛药物在临床中的作用,观察其疗效。方法:对109例癌痛患者开展药学监护,根据WHO推荐癌痛首选药"三阶梯治疗"方案及疼痛剧烈程度,选择对应的癌痛镇痛药。在用药期间,比较患者疼痛评分、疼痛缓解程度、生活质量、用药依从性、药品不良反应等方面的改善情况。结果:根据病情使用三阶梯癌痛镇痛药,可以缓解患者的疼痛,达到有效的镇痛效果,提高患者的生活质量。结论:严格按照"三阶梯治疗"原则进行癌痛镇痛治疗能够明显改善癌痛患者的疼痛程度。
Objective：To explore the clinical effect of analgesic drugs on cancer pain and to observe its curative effect. Metho.d.s.： According to the ＂three - step therapy＂ by choosing the analgesic drugs first recommended by the WHO and the pain degree of patients, 109 patients suffering from cancer pain were recruited for pharmaceutical care, and the corresponding analgesics drugs were used for investigation of the alleviation of cancer pain. The scale scores of the pain degree, the relief of pain, the quality of life, the medication compliance and adverse drug reactions - were compared during the treatment in patients. Resuts： Using the three - step analgesics drugs based on their conditions, the pain of patients was effectively relieved, and the quality of life was improved. Conclusion ： The pain of patients suffering from cancer pain can be effectively relieved by treating them with the ＂three -step therapy＂.
