摘要
重选因环境影响小、成本低而被广泛应用于金属矿和非金属矿的选矿中。重选效果好坏主要取决于所处理的矿石性质和所选用的重选设备。介绍了多层自动溜槽的结构、选别过程及影响分选效果的因素,以黑龙江乌拉嘎金矿难选矿石为工程背景,通过对浮选精矿浸渣特性的分析,利用最新研制的多层自动溜槽对浮选精矿浸渣采用重选法回收其中的自然金、黄铁矿及其他金属矿物,提高了总选矿回收率指标。同时为难选矿石及同类物料的综合利用开辟了新的途径。
Gravity separation due to its low cost and little impact on the environment has been widely applied in metallic and non-metallic mineral processing processes. The effect of gravity separation depends on the property of the ores and the separation equipment used. The paper introduces the structure, separation process and influencing factors of separation of the multi-layer automatic chute. Take the refractory ores in Heilongjiang Wulaga Gold Mine for example, based on the analysis concerning the properties of leaching residue of flotation concentrates, and through the application of newly-developed multi-layer automatic chute, it is possible to recover natural gold, pyrite and other metallic minerals from the leaching residue of flotation concentrates by using the gravity separation technology, which enhanced the overall index of ore dressing recovery rate. Meanwhile,this practice opened up a new approach for the comprehen- sive utilization of refractory ores and similar materials.
