内生真菌-鸭茅互作对宿主植物抗盐性的影响 被引量:5

Effects of Interaction between Endophytic Fungi and Dactylis glomerata on the Salt Resistance of Host Plants

摘要 [目的]探讨内生真菌对鸭茅植株抗盐性的影响。[方法]以感染内生真菌的鸭茅为试验材料,以无内生菌的鸭茅植株为对照,模拟梯度浓度的盐胁迫环境进行室内盆栽试验,比较带内生真菌E+与不带内生真菌E-的鸭茅在相同环境下不同浓度Na Cl胁迫下的生长与生理指标变化。[结果]随盐胁迫浓度的增加,感染和未感染内生真菌鸭茅植株脯氨酸含量和过氧化物酶活性均显著升高(P<0.05),单株生物量的干、鲜重均显著降低(P<0.05)。与未感染内生菌的鸭茅植株相比,感染内生真菌可使植株的地上生物量和叶片可溶性糖含量显著增加(P<0.05),并使过氧化物酶活性显著降低(P<0.05)。在盐胁迫环境下内生菌对鸭茅叶片中叶绿素和丙二醛的含量无显著影响。[结论]感染内生真菌的鸭茅植株能够增强其对盐胁迫的生理生化适应能力。 [ Objective ] The research aimed to discuss the effects of endophytic fungi on the salt resistance of Dactylis glomerata plants. [ Method ] Taking D. glomerata infected with endophytic fungi as test materials and D. glomerata plants without endophytie fungi as control, the salt stress environment was simulated with different concentration gradients to carry out the indoor pot experiment. The ehanges of the growth and physiological indices of D. glomerata plants with and without endophytic fungi under the same environment with salt stress with different concentrations of NaC1 were eompared. [ Result] With the increasing of salt concentration, the praline content and peroxidase activity in D. glomerata plants with and without endophytie fungi were significantly inereased(P 〈0.05), and the dry weight and wet weight of single plant biomass were all significantly decreased (P 〈 0.05 ). Compared with D. glomerata plants without endophytie fungi, the aboveground biomass and soluble sugar content in the leaves of D. glomerata plants with endophytie fungi were significantly increased ( P 〈 0.05 ) and their peroxidase activity in D. glomerata plants was significantly decreased(P 〈 O. 05). Under the salt stress environment, the endophytie fungi had no signifieant effeet on the contents of chlorophyll and malundialdehyde in the leaves of D. glomerata. [ Conclusion] The physiological and biochenfieal adaptability of D. glomerata plants infected with endophytic fungi to salt stress was significantly enhanced.
