摘要
2009年,甲型H1N1流感在全球多个地方猪和人群中暴发,给人民群众的生命健康带来了巨大威胁,给经济发展和社会稳定产生了严重影响。及时快速的诊断是有效控制疫情大规模暴发的最有效途径之一。近几年随着现代分子生物学技术发展,猪流感诊断方法在快速、准确性方面有了很大提高。对H1N1猪流感概况及猪流感的诊断方法进行了综述。
At the year of 2009, swine H1N1 influenza broke around the world, which not only brought out huge threatens for life health of human, but seriously affected the development of economic and the stability of the society. However, rapid detection was one of the most effective measures for the control of swine H1N1 influenza. Therefore, the aim of this paper was to review the detection methods of swine HI N1 influenza based on some published literatures.
