烟蒂水浸泡液对家兔离体小肠运动的影响

Influence of Cigarette End Immersion on Movement of Rabbit Small Intestinal Smooth Muscle

[目的]研究香烟烟蒂水浸泡液对家兔离体小肠收缩运动的影响。[方法]采用常规离体灌注小肠平滑肌标本活动的试验方法,应用3种不同剂量(0.2、0.4、0.8 ml)的烟蒂水浸泡液作用于离体肠段,观察用药前后的离体肠段收缩幅度和收缩频率的变化。[结果]对离体肠段的收缩幅度,低剂量组有显著性差异(P<0.05):中、高剂量组均有高度显著性差异(P<0.01):对离体肠段的收缩频率,低剂量组差异显著(P<0.05)中、高剂量组差异极显著(P<0.01)。[结论]香烟烟蒂水浸泡液能增大家兔离体小肠的收缩幅度,减弱收缩频率,作用机理可能与钠离子和钙离子的转运有关。

[ Objective ] To investigate the effects of cigarette end immersion on contraction of rabbit small intestine in vitro. [ Method ] The routine experimental method of small intestinal smooth muscle isolated from rabbits is used. Three different doses （0.2, 0.4, 0. 8 ml） cigarette end immersion was added into isolated small intestine. The contraction amptitude and the frenquency of the contraction changes were re- corded. [ Result ] On contraction amplitude, the low-dose group were significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; high dose group was highly significant difference（ P 〈 0.01 ） ; On contraction frequency, the low-dose group were significant difference（ P 〈 0.05 ） ; high dose group was highly significant difference（P 〈0. O1 ）. [ Conclusion] Cigarette end immersion can increase intestinal contraction, abate frequency, the mechanism may be associated with the transport of sodium and calcium ions.
