莱州海产品市场食用鱼类中重金属含量调查及评价

Investigation and Evaluation of Heavy Metal Content in Edible Fish Available in a Seafood Market of Laizhou

为了解莱州市海产品市场中5种常见食用鱼类的重金属污染水平并进行初步评估,采用原子吸收分光光度法、原子荧光分光光度法对莱州市海产品市场中出售的海鲫鱼、宽体舌鳎、扁颌针鱼、矛尾复虾虎鱼、小黄鱼中的铜、锌、铅、镉、镍、砷、汞7种重金属进行了调查。结果表明,5种鱼体内的铅、镉、砷等重金属含量不高,均不存在超标的现象,健康风险评估显示,铜、铅、锌、汞4种重金属的THQ值均低于1,人们食用这些鱼类不会导致重金属的暴露风险。

To understand and make a preliminary evaluation of the contamination level of heavy metals in food fishes in Laizhou seafood market, an atomic absorption spectrophotometer and an atomic fluorescence spectrophotometer were applied to determine seven heavy metals including copper, zinc,lead and so on in Ditrema temmincki Bleeker, Cynoglossus robutus ,Ablennes hians, Synechogobius hasta, and Pseudosciaena polyactis from seafood market of Laizhou. Results showed that contents of lead, arsenic, cadmium and so on in five fishes were not high, below the standard limits. Health risk assessment showed that the THQ values of copper,lead, zinc and mercury were less than 1 ,there was no health risk caused by eating these fishes.
