龙口市主要甜樱桃品种果实品质评价与效益分析

Fruit Quality Evaluation and Benefit Analysis of Major Sweet Cherry Varieties in Longkou Area

为深入了解烟台龙口地区甜樱桃品种的果实品质、产量和种植效益情况,于2013和2014年对龙口地区种植的主要甜樱桃品种的果实品质进行了抽样检测分析,并对果园产量、果品销售价格及果园收益情况进行了调查。结果表明：红色品种是龙口地区主要栽培的甜樱桃品种,果实可溶性固形物含量在13.2%-17.8%,普遍低于品种的标准含量,早采是造成果实含糖量低的主要原因;单位面积产量受每年气候因素影响较大;不同品种的销售价格存在较大差异,美早、萨米脱等大果品种售价较高。为提高种植收益,应重点栽培推广成熟期早、果个大、颜色鲜艳、果柄短粗、耐贮运、商品性好的甜樱桃品种,并注重综合栽培技术的集成配套,达到丰产、稳产的目的。

In order to deeply understand fruit quality, yield and benefits of sweet cherry varieties, the fruit quality, yield, fruit price, economic benefit of major sweet cherry varieties in Longkou area were studied in 2013 and 2014. The results showed that red color sweet cherry varieties are main planted varieties. The content of soluble solid is 13.2 percent to 17.8 percent, lower than the standard contents. The yield is affected by climate factors every year. The price is different with different varieties, Tieton and Summit＇ s price are highest of all sweet cherries. The varieties should have the main characters to get high benefits, such as ripening earlier, bigger fruit, beautiful color, shorter and thicker carpopodium, better storage and transportation, also should pay attention to integrated comprehensive cultivation technique.
