摘要
小型断路器(MCB)灭弧室气流场和电磁场的合理设计对电弧的运动及熄灭至关重要。结合某型号MCB产品的分断性能改进,运用磁流体动力学理论,建立三维仿真模型,定性地计算分析了电弧运动动态过程,优化了灭弧室的结构和磁场设计,并进行了试验验证。结果表明,该仿真方法能够有效指导设计,改进设计方案。
A reasonable design of the air-flow field and electromagnetic field in arc chute of miniature circuit breaker(MCB) is very important for arc movement and suppression. Combining some type of MCB product and its breaking performance improvement, the magnetofluid dynamics was used to build a 3D simulation model. The dynamic process of arc movement was calculated and analyzed qualitatively, and the structure of arc chute and magnetic field design were optimized. The test verification was carried out. The result shows that the simulation mehod can guide and improve the design effectively.
