摘要
本研究通过分析我国39所"985工程"大学的使命陈述、章程和"十二五"规划文本,研究其国际化理念与实践。结果表明,我国"985工程"大学国际化发展目标定位比较清晰,推进国际化的形式比较多样,但国际化发展比较强调具体的、操作化的实践指标方面,对国际化内涵的理解和意义阐述略显不足。
By analyzing the text of mission statement, statutes and ＂12th five-year strategic plan＂ from ＂985 Project＂ universities, this paper studies the internationalization rationale and practice of thirty-nine ＂985 proiect＂ universities. The results indicate that the ＂985 Project＂ universities in our country have clear orientation and a variety of forms to promote the internationalization. But there are also some limitations. For example, some specifically and operationally practical indicators are underemphasized and the understanding and explanation of internationalization are not insightful enough.
