摘要
我国大学生就业体制改革不仅催生了多元利益相关者参与大学生就业的格局,而且确立了市场配置大学生人才资源的基础性地位。近年来,大学生就业难逐渐暴露出大学生就业的体制性困境与结构性冲突,其实质是政府职能的越位与缺位导致的市场失效。走出就业困境的根本路径在于创新大学生就业体制,建设大学生就业的服务型政府,构建大学生就业市场机制和多元利益主体之间的协同机制。
Graduate employment system reform in China not only promots pattern of multi-stakeholder participation in graduate employment but also establishes market allocation's basic status in college talents resources. In recent years, The difficulty for graduate employment gradually exposes institutional predicament of graduate employment. Intrinsically, the offside and absence of government function lead to market inefficiency. Basic way of getting out of employment trouble is to innovate graduate employment system, construct service-oriented government, and build graduate employment market mechanism and synergy mechanism of multi-parties of interest.
