摘要
本研究在文献分析的基础上提出了创造性品格的概念及其逻辑架构。在控制其他影响因素的前提下从个体的认知品格、做事品格、生存品格、节操品格和合作品格等维度探讨了其对创造力的影响,并通过对国内部分高校大学生的抽样调查,进行相关性分析,检验了创造性品格五维度对大学生创造力的影响情况。结论显示:认知品格和节操品格对大学生创造力表现有显著正向影响,其他三个维度的影响相对不明显。最后,就创造性品格培养和创新人才开发提出对策和建议。
On the basis of literature analysis, we proposed the concept of creativity character and its logical architecture. We explored the factors affecting creativity from the dimensions of cognitive characters, working characters, living characters, principle characters and cooperation characters in a particular area. We also conducted a sample survey on the students of some domestic universities. After correla- tion analysis we proved the existence of the influence on the students' creativity from some of the creativity character. In the end, some measures and proposals have been proposed on the training of creativity character and creative talents.
