我国农业科技人才培养的困境与出路研究

Study on Dilemma and Outlet of Our Agricultural Science and Technology Personnel Training

农业现代化已成为我国现代化的"短板",培养众多高质量的农业科技人才是我国实现农业现代化的重要突破口。对36所高校农学本科专业的调查表明,当前我国农业科技人才培养面临着生源质量不高、学习动力不足、教学力量不专、实习实践匮乏、对口就业较少、社会接纳不够等困境,制约着农业科技人才的培养质量,影响着农业科技人才的成长度和贡献力。加强农业科技人才培养,我国高校、政府要增强农科专业的吸引力,激励学生学好专业,引导教师专注教学,建好校内实习基地,教导学生对口就业,改善学生就业环境。

Agriculture modernization has become a deadly＂short board＂ of China＇s modernization, training a large number of high quality agricultural technology talents is an important breakthrough outlet for realizing agricultural modernization in china. However, the investigation on 36 universities undergraduate agronomy indicates that agricultural science and technology personnel training is facing with students quality being not high, students being lack of learning motivation, teaching strength being not concentration, teaching practice being less, students employment being less conform with major, social acceptance conditions being less ostentatious and other problems. This restricts the training quality of agricultural science and technology personnel, and affects growth and contribution of agricultural science and technology talent. Strengthening agricultural science and technology personnel training, universities and government should enhance agricultural profession attractive, motivate students to learn agronomy, guide teachers to concentrate on teaching, build the practice base on earnpus, instruct students to find jobs conforming with their majors and improve the employment environment.
