摘要
我国大规模基础设施建设的开展,导致对土木工程行业中工程应用型、研究创新型和国际项目型三种特色人才的需求迅速增长。课题研究人员通过近十年的人才需求调查和特色人才培养实践,创建了土木工程专业"三型"特色人才培养目标和培养模式,通过凝练"四优"教学资源,加强特色人才培养"五要素",实现整体构筑特色人才培养综合环境。
With the development of large-scale infrastructure construction in China, three modes of characteristic talents in the field of civil engineering are urgently demanded, namely engineering talents, innovative talents and international talents. By investigating talents demand and cultivating characteristic talents during the last decade, the researchers have already created training objectives and modes for cultivating three-typed talents maioring in civil engineering. At the same time, by integrating fourgood teaching resources and strengthening the five-element of characteristic talents cultivating, researchers have built an integrated environment for characteristic talents training.
