摘要
为了解工程教育利益相关者究竟如何看待本科工程教育课程,本研究以我国6所研究型大学和20家企业为对象,从工科学生可雇佣能力和工程实践两个维度对大四毕业生和企业雇主进行调查。结果发现,学生对课程培养可雇佣能力不够满意;雇主对工科毕业生可雇佣能力的满意度不高,该满意度与雇主心目中的期望值有差距;利益相关者希望本科工程教育课程面向当代工程实践,走出科学主义和工具主义阴影,构建工程范式的课程。
In order to understand what kind of undergraduate engineering curriculum stakeholders need, the author conducts an survey into the six Research universities and 20 enterprises. Senior students and employers are asked to reveal their perspectives on the satisfaction with employability and the understanding of engineering practice. Results showed that, the students employability is not satisfied with the curriculum, the employer's satisfaction with employability of graduates is not high, there is a gap between the employer's satisfaction and expectation on the engineering employability. Stakeholders hope that the engineering curriculum will get rid of the scientism and utilitarianism and construct engineering paradigm of curriculum.
