摘要
高校大学生工程实践能力培养呈现出向课外科技活动、校外实践环节寻求突破的倾向。过度的重心外移造成学校、教师、课堂在学生工程能力培养中的"缺位",从根本上影响大学生工程实践能力的提升。课堂、课程、学校是工程实践能力培养的基础。教育者和管理者的目光应当从向外寻求突破回归到内部的品质提升。通过思想观念的更新、体制机制的配套、培养模式的变革,充分实现学校、课堂、课程对大学生实践与创新能力培养的基础作用,回归工程人才培养的"本"和"源"。
Higher education tends to make breakthroughs in the raise of engineering practice ability through launching extracurricular activities of science and technology, practice and interns outside campus for college students. However, the fact that many colleges attach excessive emphasis to activities outside campus leads to the absence of colleges, teachers, and classes in raising college students' engineering practice ability, which fundamentally hinders the improvement of students practice ability. Classes, courses, and colleges lay the foundation for the raise of engineering practice ability. Educators and administrators should focus on the inward improvement of colleges rather than the outward environment. Through the update of ideology, the perfection of college system and mechanism, and the reform of cultivating modes, colleges, classes and courses can serve as the fundamental role in enhancing college students' practical and innovative competence, thus regressing to the origin of cultivating talents of engineering.
