无纺布专用聚酯切片生产工艺探讨 被引量:2

摘要 在200kt/a常规聚酯生产装置上,转产高黏度无纺布专用聚酯切片,探讨了其生产工艺条件。结果表明:在常规聚酯生产工艺基础上,控制原料质量,提高锑系催化剂浓度20~30μg/g,控制预过滤器压差为0.1MPa,适当提高酯化温度、酯化压力、乙二醇摩尔比,以及缩聚温度和缩聚搅拌转速,生产的无纺布专用料特性黏数达0.702dL/g,相比常规聚酯,色度L值降低1.5~2.0,b值升高1.0~1.5,二甘醇质量分数升高0.1%,但仍达到优等品质量要求;专用料经用户试用,明显改善针刺工艺无纺布质量。 The process conditions for high-viscosity polyester chip for nonwovens were discussed on a 200 kt/a conventional polyester plant. The results showed that the special polyester chip for nonwovens can be produced with the intrinsic viscosity up to 0. 702 dL/g by strictly controlling the raw material quality, increasing the concentration of antimony-containing catalyst by 20 - 30 μg/g, controlling the pre-fiher pressure difference as 0.1 MPa and properly increasing the esterification temperature and pressure, glycol mole ratio, polycondensation temperature and stirring speed based on the conventional polyester production process ; as compared with traditional polyester chip, the special polyester chip for nonwovens had a decrease of L value of chroma by 1.5 - 2.0, an increase of b value by 1.0 - 1.5 and a growth of 0.1% in diethylene glycol mass fraction, but still satisfied the top-quality standard; and the produced special polyester chip was proved to be beneficial to bettering the quality of needlepunched nonwovnes by trial application.
