大数据推动社会向前发展的同时引发了不同于以往的隐私伦理挑战,这种新挑战表现在数据挖掘、数据预测和更全面的监控等方面。导致隐私伦理问题的技术原因是海量数据的共享与挖掘,其社会性后果是主体身份的数据化。问题的现实性根源在于数据共享平台中各利益相关者的利益多样性,以及个体观念与相关行为的转变。通过提高数据用途透明度、调整个人隐私观念、搭建共同价值平台、寻求合理的伦理决策点等对策,提高价值与行为的一致性是问题的解决之道。

Big data technology push society forward, at the same time, led a different privacy ethical challenge from the past. The new challenge is in data mining, data to predict and more comprehensive monitoring etc. The technical reason of causing the privacy ethical problem is sharing and mining technology of huge amounts data, its social consequence is the datamation of the subject identity. The realistic root of the problem is in the data sharing platform all stakeholders have different interests, and the transformation of the individual concepts and related behavior. There are some ways to improve the consistency of value and behavior to solve the problem ,such as enhance data use transparency, adjust the concept of personal privacy, construct platform for common values and seek reasonable ethical decisions.
