摘要
"云经济时代"背景下,我国更加迫切地需要依靠创新驱动来实现经济转型升级。企业R&D人员是技术创新人才,探索如何更好地激发其潜能显得尤为重要。从对企业R&D相关特性的分析出发,演绎出R&D人员激励研究的新视角,即人才资本产权实现感知,并以波特—劳勒综合激励模型为理论基础,阐明新视角下企业R&D人员激励的作用机理,最后厘清核心要素的概念分维及相关关系,构建出基于人才资本产权实现感知视角的企业R&D人员激励的理论模型。
In the era of cloud economy, our country needs to rely on innovation-driven to realize the economic transformation and upgrading. R&D employees are technological innovation talents. It is more important to explore how to stimulate their potentials better. To begin with, this paper ana- lyzes the related characteristics of enterprises' R&D and deduces a new perspective of the perceived realization of talent capital propei'ty rights. Based on the Porter-Lawler theory of motivation, this paper expounds the motivation mechanism of R&D employees under the new perspective. Finally the dimensions and the relationships of the core concepts are clarified and the theoretical model of enterprises R&D employees motivation is constructed in the perspective of perceived realization of talent capital property rights.
