摘要
文章分析我国图书馆职业资格制度尚未建立的主要原因,提出建立图书馆职业资格制度的基本理念,在此基础上分别从自上而下和自下而上两种路径阐述我国图书馆职业资格制度的实现方式和发展思路。最后提出当前我国图书馆职业资格制度的实现路径:利用体制机制改革提供的图书馆自主权限推行岗位管理体系,促进专业化发展,通过呈现成熟的岗位管理模式和行业组织模式积极影响立法。
This paper analyzes the main reasons why library professional qualification system has not yet been established in China, proposes the basic concepts for the establishment of library professional qualification system, and elaborates on the implementation and development ideas of library professional qualification system fiom top-down and bottom-up paths. Finally, this paper proposes the realization paths of library professional qualification system in China, such as job management system through mechanism reform, job specialization, and legislation after the mature job management model and professional organization model.
