国外图书馆职业资格认证推行方式研究

Research on the Implementation of Library Professional Qualification Certification Abroad

美国、英国、澳大利亚、韩国的图书馆职业资格认证制度均有其各自的特征。我国图书馆领域职业资格认证制度的推行需要结合实际,借鉴国外的先进理念与做法,从政策法规保障、依靠专业协会携手发展、与现有教育体系密切联系、体现职业发展轨迹等方面着重考虑,试点先行,逐步推广。

Library professional qualification certification differs from each other in the United States, Britain, Australia and South Korea. The implementation of library professional qualifcation certification in China should accommodate the reality of China as well. Drawing lessons from foreign practices, policies and regulations, the paper proposes to develop certification system in collaboration with professional associations, in line with existing education system, and in view of career trajectory. It also proposes trials in some areas before nationwide popularization.
