针刀“肩三刀”疗法治疗肩周炎27例临床观察

The Clinical Study on Shoulder Osteoarthritis with Acupotomy Based on “Three Points on Shoulder”

目的:观察针刀"肩三刀"疗法对肩周炎的疼痛、关节活动度的影响,研究"针刀疗法"的作用机理,拓展"针刀疗法"的临床应用范围。方法:临床入选52例肩周炎患者,随机分为两组,对照组25例采用外用药物治疗,治疗组27例采用针刀"肩三刀"治疗。临床疗效采用"中医病证诊断疗效标准"进行评估。结果:针刀"肩三刀"治疗方法可以改善肩关节的疼痛和肩关节各方向活动度,疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),且起效时间快。结论:针刀"肩三刀"疗法在肩周炎的治疗上疗效确切快捷,且简便易行。

objective clinical observation the effects of therapy for the periarthritis of shoulder pain,joint mobility with acupotomy based on "three points on shoulder",studies the mechanism of the acupotomy,promoting the scope of the clinical application of acupotomy.Methods clinical in 52 patients with periarthritis of shoulder,randomized,control group 25 cases with topical medica-tions,27 patients with acupotomy based on"three points on shoulder"treatment,clinical efficacy of the standard diagnosis of disease and curative effect of TCM to evaluate.results acupotomy therapy can reduce the pain of shoulder joint and improve directions of mo-tion,and the curative effect is superior to the external use medicine control group (P<0.05 ),and working time is fast.conclusion acupotomy therapy in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder on quick curative effect,and simple,worth clinical promotion.
