基层医院护理人力资源管理措施探讨

摘要 现代临床护理管理水平是衡量一所医院整体护理水平的有效标志之一,直接影响医院管理水平和医疗质量。符合临床客观实际的护理人力资源管理、合理配置机构和护理人员、制定完善合理的临床考核标准,可全面提升管理质量,有效调动护理人员的积极性,真正实现科学管理现代化。目前临床实践中护理人力资源管理存在一定问题,严重影响护理人员工作积极性。因此针对存在问题,采取相应整改措施,有效改善临床护理人力资源管理实践,对于提升护理质量、稳定护理队伍建设至关重要。 Modern clinical nursing management level is one of the effective markers in measuring the holistic nursing care level ofa hospital. The management of nursing human resources in line with the clinical objective reality, proper configuration mechanism andnursing staff, and reasonable clinical assessment standards would promote quality of management and arouse the enthusiasm of nursingstaff, at last really realize the modernization of science and management. Currently, there are some questions on management of nursinghuman resources in clinical practice, which seriously affect the enthusiasm of nursing staff. Therefore, applying proper rectificationmeasures and effectively improving the management of clinical nursing human resource would be important for improving nursing qualityand stabilizing the construction of nursing team.
