中间冰草种质材料苗期耐盐性研究 被引量:4

Study on Salt Tolerance of 15 Germplasm Materials of Agropyron intermedium( Host) Nevski

摘要 于2014年采用苗期盆栽法,对15份中间冰草种质材料进行不同浓度盐(0.0%、0.1%、0.3%、0.5%、0.7%)胁迫,通过对其存活率、相对株高、相对分蘖数、相对生物量4个形态指标的测定,利用隶属函数值法综合评价15份材料的耐盐性,并从中选出耐盐性较好和较差的材料进行细胞膜透性、丙二醛含量和过氧化物酶活性的测定与分析。试验结果表明,其存活率、相对株高、相对分蘖数、相对生物量随盐浓度的升高而降低;盐浓度0.7%处理存活率、相对株高、相对分蘖数、相对生物量显著低于0.1%、0.3%和0.5%处理。根据隶属函数综合评价法得知不同材料的耐盐性,耐盐性最强的材料是来自前苏联的84-371、84-377和84-366中间冰草,耐盐性最差的是来自伊朗的84-342和来自前苏联的84-273中间冰草。 A pot experiment was conducted with 15 Agropyron intermedium(Host) Nevski under different salt con- centrations (0% ,0.1% ,0.3% ,0.5% ,0.7% ) ,4 morphological indexes (the survival rate, relative plant height, relative tiller number,relative biomass) and three physiological indexes (the electrical conductivity, MDA ,POD) of selected 3 Agropyron intermedium(Host) Nevski. Salt tolerance features were comprehensively assessed. The results showed that with the increasing of salt concentration, plant survival rate, the relative height relative tiller number and the relative biomass decreased. Under 0.7% salt concentration survival rate, relative plant height, relative tiller number, relative biomass was significantly lower than that of 0.1% ,0.3% and 0.5% (P 〈 0.05 ). The salt resist- ance of Agropyron intermedium (Host) Nevskithe were sorted by the method of the membership functions method, Agropyron intermedium(Host) Nevski 84-371,84-377 and 84-366 from the former Soviet Union were the most resist- ant to salt stress;and Agropyron intermedium(Host) Nevski 84-342 from Iran and 84-273 from the Soviet had the least tolerance to salt stress.
