A5295激发子诱导马铃薯抗晚疫病条件的优化 被引量:3

Optimization of Induction Conditions for Potato against Late Blight by A5295 Elicitor

摘要 放线茵A5295发酵液作为激发子具有较强的诱导马铃薯抗晚疫病的能力(69%),为进一步挖掘其诱导抗病潜力,采用马铃著块茎切片法进一步优化诱导条件,评价诱导抗病效果。结果显示,放线茵A5295在28℃、150r/min条件下培养10d所得的发酵液浓缩2~4倍,诱导处理块茎切片2次,每次诱导1h,间隔4h,第2次诱导处理后36h挑战接种所得诱抗效果最强,可达到95%。优化后的诱导方法为进一步建立激发子诱导马铃薯抗晚疫病的模型提供了理论依据。 Fermented filtrate of aetinomycetes A5295 strain as an elicitor could induce resistance of potato against Phytophthora infestans with induction efficiency 69%. To enhance its ability of inducing resistance, potato tuber slices were used for optimizing induction conditions and evaluating induction efficiency. Results showed that concen- trated 2 -4 fold fermentation filtrate of A5295 strain cultured at 28℃ and 150r/rain for 10d had the highest induc- tion efficiency under the following conditions : potato tuber slices were induced by 2 times and 1 h each time for inter- val 4h, and challenge inoculation of P. infestans was conducted after second induction 36h, and the induction effi- ciency reached 95 %. The optimized induction conditions may provide foundation for establishing the model of indu- cing potato against late blight with elicitor in future.
