吡虫啉拌种对花生萌芽及生长的影响 被引量:5

The Effect of Seed Dressing with Imidacloprid on Germination and Growth of Peanut

摘要 于2014年研究不同量吡虫啉拌种对花生萌发及生长的影响,设定每千克种子拌药量分别为0(CK)、2、3、4、5g,对种子发芽势、发芽率、苗高、地上部干重、根干重、开花指数、叶绿素含量、根系活力等指标进行测定。结果表明:从花生发芽率看,3g/kg处理与对照相比无显著差异,4g/kg处理与对照相比发芽率下降了4.9%;在苗高、地上部干重、开花指数方面,随着吡虫啉用量的增加均呈递减趋势,但2g/kg处理对花生苗高、开花指数无明显影响;叶绿素含量、根系活力方面,随着吡虫啉用量的增加均呈上升趋势。 The aim of this research was to study the effects of different doses of imidacloprid on peanut growth and development~ The germination potential, germination rate, plant height, shoot mass, root mass, blossom index, chloro- phyll content and root activity were detected under the treatment of imidacloprid dressing on peanut with four con- centrations as 2g,3g,4g,Sg per kilogram of seed, with 0g(CK) as the control. The results showed that when the im- idacloprid doses were 2g/kg and 3g/kg,there was no effect on peanut germination and growth;When the imidaclo- prid doses was 4g/kg,the germination rate decreased by 4.9% compared with the control, the lowest values in all treatments was 5g/kg with the germination rate of 79. 1% ,which was 5.3% lower than the control. Plant height, shoot mass,blossom index decreased with the increase of imidacloprid dosage There was no effect on plant heigh and blossom index at 2g/kg ; Root mass,chlorophyll content and root activity increased with the increase of imida-cloprid dosage. Therefore, the safe dosage of imidacloprid was 2g/kg and there was negative effect on peanut growth when the dosage was more than 2g/kg .
