摘要
为了提高端面为正多边形的零件的加工效率,提出一种基于内摆线的连续车削加工的方法,提高了正多边形零件的加工效率和加工精度.工件轴与刀盘同步旋转时,刀尖相对于工件的轨迹为内摆线,选取合适的加工参数,可以实现正多边形的连续加工.首先分析了机床加工原理以及正多边形零件的形成原理,然后研究了确定正多边形的加工参数的方法,设计了多边形加工数控指令,建立正多边形车削加工车床仿真模型,仿真实验证明了可以通过该方法加工正多边形零件.
In order to improve the efficiency of machining the part whose end face is regular polygon, a method for processing based hypocycloidal is proposed. The efficiency and precision of the regular polygon machining is improved. When the axis of workpiece ro- tating Synchronously with the cutter,the trajectory of tool tip is hypocycloidal. If the appropriate processing parameters are selected, polygon can be achieved continuously. First the principle and the polygon machining parts forming principle are analyzed. And then, the method of determining processing parameters is studied. Then, CNC instructions to machine the part whose end face is regular pol- ygon is designed. The regular polygon turning lathe simulation model is Established,Simulation results show that this method can be processed through regular polygon parts.
