A型肉毒毒素联合CO2点阵激光治疗眼周皱纹的临床疗效和安全性观察

Clinical effect and safety observation of botulinum toxin type A injection combined with CO2 fractional laser on eye wrinkles

目的 探讨A型肉毒毒素联合CO2点阵激光治疗眼周皱纹的临床疗效和安全性.方法 将年龄27 ～ 65岁且寻求改善眼周皱纹的门诊患者60例,随机平均分为3组,分别给予A型肉毒毒素注射,CO2点阵激光治疗,A型肉毒毒素注射联合CO2点阵激光治疗.每例患者在治疗前,治疗后即刻,治疗后7d、1、3、6个月进行随访评价.结果 单纯接受肉毒毒素注射的患者,在治疗后3～7d开始出现动态皱纹的改善;接受CO2点阵激光以及A型肉毒毒素注射联合CO2点阵激光治疗的患者,术后即刻可观察到静态皱纹的改善,且肉毒毒素注射联合CO2点阵激光治疗的患者,其动态皱纹的远期效果改善更加明显.结论 A型肉毒毒素联合CO2点阵激光治疗可同时改善眼周的动态皱纹和静态皱纹,并有明显的紧肤作用,且不良反应较轻,是进行眼周年轻化治疗的理想方法.

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of botulinum toxin type A injection and CO2 fractional laser on treatment of eye wrinkles. Methods Sixty patients with eye wrinkles, aged from 27 to 65, were divided into three groups randomly. They were treated with botulinum toxin type A, CO2 fractional laser, or the combined therapy. Pictures were taken for each patient before treatment and immediate, at 7 days and 1, 3, 6months after treatment, with which the results were evaluated. Results At 3 to 7days after treatment, the dynamic wrinkles of patients treated with botulinum toxin type A injection were alleviated. The static wrinkles of patients treated with CO2 fractional laser with or without botulinum toxin type A injection were alleviated right after the treatment. The dynamic wrinkles of those who treated with the combined therapy got better long-term effect. Conclusion It is effective and safe to treat eye wrinkles by using botulinum toxin type A injection and CO2 fractional laser combined therapy.
