摘要
目的:研究杉寄生的化学成分。方法:采用Sephadex LH-20柱色谱、硅胶柱色谱、重结晶等方法分离和纯化。结果:从杉寄生中分离得到10个化合物,通过波谱学方法鉴定为:羽扇豆醇(1),环桉烯醇(2),表木栓醇(3),(23Z)-9,19-cycloart-23-ene-3α,25-diol(4),木栓酮(5),正三十二烷醇(6),β-谷甾醇(7),三十二酸(8),芦丁(9),荭草苷(10)。结论:化合物1-8及化合物10为首次在该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Macrosolen cochinchinensis. Method: The chemical constituents were isolated and purified from M. cochinchinensis by Sephadex LH-20, silica column chromatography and recrystallization. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of their physicochemical properties and spectra analysis. Result: Ten compounds were obtained and identified as lupeol (1), cycloeucalenol (2), friedelan-3β-ol (3), (23Z) -9, 19-cycloart-23-ene-3α, 25-diol (4), friedelan-3-one (5), dotriacontan-l-ol (6), β-sitosterol (7), lacceroic acid (8), rutin (9), orientin (10). Conclusion : Compounds 1-8 and 10 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
