摘要
[目的]为景天科植物在屋顶绿化推广提供理论依据。[方法]研究了模拟酸雨对佛甲草、垂盆草、东南景天、凹叶景天的叶片中保护酶SOD、POD和CAT活性以及渗透调节物质MDA和Pro含量的影响,并结合隶属函数法综合评价4种景天科植物的抗酸性强弱。[结果]随着模拟酸雨酸性的增强,4种景天科植物叶片基本呈现出MDA含量显著增加,Pro含量上升,SOD活性增强,POD活性增强的趋势,4种景天科植物的CAT活性表现出不同的趋势。通过隶属函数值对其抗酸性进行综合评价,4种景天科植物的抗酸性为垂盆草>佛甲草>凹叶景天>东南景天。[结论]在选择屋顶绿化植物时,应选择抗酸性强的物种,以便于进行长期粗放管理。
[Objective]The research aimed to provide the theoretical basis for the application of four species of Crassulaceae plants in the popularization of green roof. [Method]The activities of SOD,POD,CAT and the content of MDA and proline in leaves of Sedum lineare Thunb,Sedum sarmentosum Bunge,Sedum alfredii Hance and Sedum emarginatum Migo,which were simulated by acid rain,were studied,and the resistant abilities of four species were estimated by subordinate function values. [Result] With the enhancement of the acid of simulated acid rain,their leaves showed significant increase in the basic content of MDA,the proline content increased,and SOD and POD activities increased. CAT activities showed different trends. The acid resistant abilities were as follows: Sedum sarmentosum Bunge Sedum lineare Thunb Sedum emarginatum Migo Sedum alfredii Hance. [Conclusion]The species which had high acid resistance should be chosen in the green roof for the long-term rough management.
